Forewarned is forearmed. England & Australia warn Americans “Don’t give up your guns!”
If you think that law & order hinges on giving up your firearms rights and your right of self defense to the government, think again. In the last 20 years both England and Australia have allowed legislative loss of their basic and fundamental rights to self protection, self defense and firearms ownership based on promises from their nations that “if only guns were banned, you would be safe.”

Let’s get this straight. Missouri has a Constitution. The Missouri Constitution has an internal written amending process. Missouri Constitution –Article XII — AMENDING THE CONSTITUTION
Section 1. Limitation on revision and amendment.—This constitution may be revised and amended only as therein provided.—
Any bill passed by the Missouri legislature contrary to this constitution which claims powers to amend that Constitution by a manner not described in Article XII, makes that bill illegal and unlawfull and null and void because it is unConstitutional. The Misouri Constitution cannot be amended by any enacted Legislative bill. Does anybody in the State legislature understand that? And in the Missouri State Constitution is the following:
Missouri Constitution –Article I —BILL OF RIGHTS
Section 23. That the right of every citizen to keep and bear arms in defense of his home, person and property, or when lawfully summoned in aid of the civil power, shall not be questioned; but this shall not justify the wearing of concealed weapons.

And what is the penalty provided therein ????
Quote—5. Unlawful manufacture, import, possession, purchase, sale, or transfer of an assault weapon or a large capacity magazine is a class C felony—
And what is a Class C felony in Missouri???
A Class C felony is a maximum of 7 years in prison, a fine of up to $5,000.00.

So for those citizens of Missouri who support, uphold and abide by the Missouri State Constitution the Little Hitlers who promote this Bill, HB 545, plan to send them to prison for 7 years and fine them $5,000/each.
Cute. Those 4 listed at the top of this comment need to be immediately recalled from office. They are wreckers of the State Constitution, and virtual enemies of the law abiding citizens of Missouri. Let their names live in infamy. I will do all that I can to see none of them ever holds any public office again. Let the citizens of Missouri do like wise before your imprisoned for 7 years for being a supporter of the State Constitution.
