About America’s Voice
All powers not vested in the three branches of government are relegated to the several States, and the people, who may exercise numerous powers not listed above although the particulars vary from one state to the next depending on the given states constitution. Under our Constitutionally guaranteed Republican system of government, the federal government cannot execute any non-enumerated power , no matter how desirable, unless that specific power in question is first granted to the Federal Government through the Constitutional Amendment process as outlined in Article V. To do so without a constitutional amendment is a usurpation.
We stand for microscopic federal government, miniature state government and the principles of free markets, self reliance and self regulation for the people. We believe the Constitution is the declared law of the land and any migration from it is a usurpation of power. We believe that, WE The People own this country and nation and are the masters of government, not the other way around. We stand for Integrity, Honesty, Self-Reliance, Self-Defense, and most importantly… No Compromise on our foundational principles .
We seek to enable an open dialog, educate, encourage, and enable the power of citizens in great numbers to build a grass-roots platform where our members and other interested individuals can find news, information and educational data critical to our goal of restoring our nation to a land where the rule of law is applied equally and without bias, where individual rights and liberties are paramount, where government plays a minor role in the day to day lives of individuals, and where the free market is allowed to flourish without government intervention and manipulation.
We seek to restore our Republic peacefully through the electoral process, our right to peaceably assemble and petition our government for the redress of grievances. As critical thinking, intelligent, articulate, well-reasoned and educated citizens of the Republic we are also aware that our government and leaders within it have brought our nation to the precipice, despite our exercise of those rights as established. We make no apologies for our belief that our government has, for all intent and purpose declared itself the enemy of our Republic.
